ADAM RITCHIE

Adam brings a wealth of brand communications experience to creating and executing programs for his clients. He has worked on the agency and in-house sides of consumer brands including Perrier, Jiffy Lube, Chicco, Ben & Jerry's, Seventh Generation and Changents. His award-winning programs have been showcased in national and international media, and his range of capabilities have earned him the nickname of "swiss army knife" of marketing by his colleagues. Adam holds a degree from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
He is an Eagle Scout.
KAITLIN STRUBLE
Kaitlin was there practically from the word, 'go.' A chance meeting at the New England Aquarium, combined with a passion for marketing and the right attitude earned her a key role in launching the agency. Kaitlin helps keep the duck boats running on time with her knack for organization, and infuses the agency's programs with her creativity and insights.
GARY FOGARTY
Gary holds down the fort as "gatekeeper-in-chief" on the front lines of ARBD. His Irish hospitality wins over clients and visitors alike as they wait to enter the pressure cooker.
